Before we get started.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Gym access is helpful, but your program can be written around what you have available. At minimum, you may be asked to use a useful range of dumbbells and bands.

What skill level do I need?

Any level is welcome. Whether you are brand new, returning after time away, or an experienced lifter, the plan begins where you are.

Will I get a meal plan?

The focus is not a rigid meal plan. Coaching uses sustainable tools such as macro targets, hand portions, meal guidance, and habit education based on the individual.

What sets this coaching apart?

The goal is to help you make consistent progress while still living your life. Your plan is built around the realities of work, parenting, relationships, and changing schedules.

What is expected of me?

Effort, communication, honesty in your check-ins, and a willingness to practice new habits. Perfection is not required.

Can my plan change over time?

Yes. Coaching is an ongoing process. Training, nutrition, and habits are adjusted as your goals, feedback, progress, or season of life changes.
