No. Gym access is helpful, but your program can be written around what you have available. At minimum, you may be asked to use a useful range of dumbbells and bands.
Any level is welcome. Whether you are brand new, returning after time away, or an experienced lifter, the plan begins where you are.
The focus is not a rigid meal plan. Coaching uses sustainable tools such as macro targets, hand portions, meal guidance, and habit education based on the individual.
The goal is to help you make consistent progress while still living your life. Your plan is built around the realities of work, parenting, relationships, and changing schedules.
