I help women stop guessing and start building training and nutrition systems that fit their actual life.

My approach

Holistic, realistic, and most importantly individual. We use structure without rigidity so you can keep living while still making progress. My goal is to help you build habits that sustain you through every season of life.

My background

I started with a degree in Culinary Arts, working as a personal chef for people with a health focus I started studying at the school of Integrative Nutrition and later adding in Precision 1 Nutrition for sports nutrition. Learning how our training and nutrition work together I went through N1 education to become a personal trainer specializing in biomechanics and exercise selection, with years of learning and experiencing for myself how nutrition and training work together.

Questions

Quick answers.

Do I need a gym?

No. A gym is helpful, but Second Nature includes home options. For our home workouts equipment needed is a wide variety of dumbbells that go heavy enough, long exercise bands, and a adjustable bench.

Is this beginner friendly?

Yes. The exercise videos walk you through setup and execution for  every exercise so even my very beginners feel a level of confidence walking into the gym for the first time. For my experienced lifters we get into the "why" and science a little bit more to continue to bring awareness and level up. The goal is to meet you where you are and teach you how to train with intention.

Will I get a meal plan?

No, But if you choose the 1-1 coaching or Nutrition add on coaching we may start out with some meal guidance before jumping into macros. This is totally dependent on the individual. The focus is education, macros, portions, and tools you can use long-term instead of a rigid meal plan.
