After graduating from Culinary school in 2016 I completed my health coach certificate from the institute of integrative nutrition. While working as a personal chef and taking my own training into my hands, I started understanding the importance of your nutrition matching your training. Finally I took the plunge to become a personal trainer. Studying at N1 education where the individual is the most important factor to consider was game changing for me. I take a holistic and custom approach to help people adjust their habits without losing the things you love in life.

Q: DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

While having access to a gym with weights and machines is ideal, you do not have to! I will write programs based on what you have available, at minimum I may ask you to invest in a variety of dumbbells and bands.

Q: WHAT DOES MY SKILL LEVEL NEED TO BE?

I will take you wherever you are! I have been at every level of the fitness journey and if you’re just starting out or if you’re trying to get back into it I will meet you where you are.

Q: WILL I GET A MEAL PLAN?

NO, meals plans, while they can guarantee results end up feeling very constricting and can end in burn out and binges. I focus on lifelong habits and tools. I utilize macro counting and hand portions to help you understand what your consuming and gain control of your health.

Q: WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER COACHES?

My goal as your coach is to allow you to keep living your life while feeling like you’re making consistent progress towards your goals. I know what it’s like to be a busy parent with a job and still want to feel my best.

Q: WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A CLIENT?

I expect my clients to be willing to make lifestyle changes and trust the process and the plan set in place. Please be open and honest in your check ins and communicate your needs. I do not expect perfection just effort .
